IT Support Specialist

Job Function

To support the ICT team in the provision of onsite IT systems administration.  Management of desktops, laptops, mobile devices, servers, network, IT security systems, Telecoms solutions and other critical components of the IT Infrastructure.  Ensuring compliance of all systems in relation to all current data regulations and industrial best practices.  You will be a key member of a small IT Team expected to complete wide and varied IT related tasks.

Experience and Qualifications

  • IT Related qualification
  • 2 years experience as a System Administrator, Network Administrator or similar role in a Windows Server environment
  • Active Directory Administration
  • Networks (LAN, WAN)
  • Backup Systems, Firewall Security
  • Google Workplace Administration
  • Microsoft Azure and/or Amazon administration and maintenance experience
  • Experience maintaining and administering telephony infrastructure (ACD, onsite or cloud based) a distinct advantage
  • Knowledge of or experience with PCI-DSS compliance a distinct advantage
  • Experience with Crystal Reports, VB.Net and WordPress also an advantage

This role will involve some weekends shifts however these done in rotation.

Previous experience in a contact centre environment will be an advantage but is not necessary as full training will be provided to the successful candidates.
